field hockey sticks.?

Would the stick be better if there was more fiberglass or carbon in it?
So far I’m looking at these sticks:

I play forward too, if that helps. Any sticks that you recomend?

Well these day’s their are hundreds of sticks on the market, i would suggest going for a more well known brand, as they are usually more reliable, i would say kookaburra, Gryphon ,Gray , etc. now as you play forward, you are going to want more control then power so I’d say you’d be probably want a Midi bow, ( you want a fairly large bow which is were the stick curves), I STRONGLY suggest that you do try a stick before buying, as people feel comfortable with different height sticks, and to just have a quick test, i play with a 37.5 kookaburra icon, which is a very good all round stick.

Oh and that guy above me, why bother answering if you have no idea what you are talking about, the flex mean’s slightly less vibration, but a good grip would stop that to, please refrain from answering if you don’t know the answer

and I’d suggest as well get a composite stick or carbon, if you want a cheap stick that has lots of vibrations and is fairly “bad” then get a wood stick.
