Need advice on building a bike road race with a budget so low?

I'm looking to build one that is decent, but cheap. Just a decent entry-level 10 speed. When used for training and some road racing. Probably get some something like that. Frame: Not sure about everything, about the budget 500usd Grouppo: Campy Veloce 10spd Wheels: Soul 4.0 Contact point: KCNC Ritchey WCS or spirit etc. Probably more spending wouldnt abit about it. Advice on the component and around how much will it cost? Cheers

Building a bike from parts not the cheap way to go unless you are able to acquire parts to very low prices. This kind of question is often asked and the answer is always the same. Bike companies are able to buy groups of components at greatly reduced prices because they buy directly from the manufacturer in large quantities. The parts are shipped to the factory in bulk packaging, which reduces costs. Actual cost construction of this machine is not at all high, assembly lines are very effective. When the bike is sold by a retailer, the markup is much less than it is on the individual parts. All these factors work together to make a factory built bike cheaper than a bicycle built from parts. Of course, if you want a specific group of components and wheels that are not available in a factory built bike, you have to go build the road yourself. If you make enough to go around, it might be possible to find the parts you want at discounted prices, but it will take much effort.
